Elementary Division

Placement in the elementary division is based on a combination of many factors, including age, ability, coordination, maturity, strength, cognition, and group interaction. Students often spend several years in each level as they progress and develop their skills.

An interactive movement class designed for young dancers (18 months+) and their parent/caregiver.  Each class will introduce the dancing duo to exercises to develop rhythm, coordination skills, spatial relationships, and social skills.  Toddling dancers will improve cognitive development by using story-time imagination. 

DRESS CODE: Dance/Athletic Wear of your choice
CLASS: 30 minutes, once a week
AGE:  18 month + - 3 years

Pre-Ballet Combo

A Ballet/Tap combo class that focuses on creative movement, musicality, basic positions, movements, and terms of classical ballet, with exercises to develop skills.

CLASS: 45 minutes, once a week
AGE: 3-4 years

Eligible for The Nutcracker and Showcase performances.

Ballet & Tap 1

​Class is structured around mat-based conditioning exercises and center work focusing on musicality, strength, flexibility, coordination, and classical ballet terminology and movements.

BALLET 1

CLASS: 60 minutes, once or twice a week
AGE: 5-6 years
TAP 1
 DRESS CODE: Dancewear of your choice, hair in a tidy bun or out of the face if too short
CLASS: 30 minutes, once a week
AGE: 5-6 years

Ballet & Tap 2

Students build upon their developed skills, integrating conditioning exercises with introductory barre work and expanded center-work, attending class twice a week to increase consistency.

CLASS: 60 minutes, twice a week
TAP 2
 DRESS CODE: Dancewear of your choice, hair in a tidy bun or out of the face if too short
CLASS: 45 minutes, once a week
AGE: 6-8 years
