Denver Ballet Theatre administers annual ballet and character dance exam starting at Level 3 at the end of May. The examinations allow each student the opportunity to demonstrate their mastery of the technical material they have studying over the past year, and determine whether the student is promoted to the next level. DBT faculty members, along with an outside guest adjudicator, serve as judges and provide individual feedback to each student.
