Experience the romantic ballet extravaganza that brings to life the beloved story of Don Quixote, based on the novel Don Quixote de la Mancha by Miguel de Cervantes. With choreography after Marius Petipa, who is referred to as the father of classical ballet, this production features dynamic dances, colorful characters, and a captivating narrative that transports audiences on a sunny romp through the Spanish countryside. Follow the adventures of the chivalrous Don Quixote and his loyal squire Sancho Panza to bring justice to the world and honor to Dulcinea, the lady of his dreams, and help the lovely Kitri and her impoverished lover Basilio to get married.
With brilliant choreography, this humor-filled performance is sure to delight the entire family! Don't miss DBT's production this spring.
